The stamped outer ring needle roller bearing is precision stamped with high-quality steel plate. The outer ring wall is thin. It has the characteristics of small radial cross-sectional area, large bearing capacity, small inertia and economic manufacturing. It is used when the installation space is limited and the shell should not be used as a raceway. After the bearing is pressed into the seat hole, it does not need to be positioned in the axial direction.

Generally, the shaft diameter is used as the inner raceway of the punched outer ring needle roller bearing, but the appropriate LR inner ring can also be selected for use according to the service conditions.

The punching outer ring needle roller bearing mainly has two structures: with cage and full loaded needle roller. The two structures are divided into perforation type and sealing type respectively. Those with cage also have the forms of single-sided belt sealing ring and double-sided belt sealing ring. The fully loaded needle roller structure has large bearing capacity.
